Devlin Raley

A founding partner of Creative Images, Devlin is an award-winning graphic designer with over 35 years of experience in advertising, public relations and graphic design, having begun his career with a major agency in San Francisco. His primary areas of responsibility include campaign development, strategic planning, graphic design, creative and art direction for print, collateral materials, radio and television commercial production and promotional sponsorship development.

Devlin served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ventura Visitors & Convention Bureau for 4 years and as a member of the Board and the Executive Committee for over 10 years. He has also served as Chairman of the City of Ventura’s Tourism Commission, Chairman of the City of Ventura’s Community Affairs Commission and also served on the Board of Directors for the Ventura Music Festival.

Teresa Raley

Teri has been an integral part of Creative Images since its inception, handling account management, strategic planning, media relations, marketing and advertising project management, media buying and accounting. Her primary areas of responsibility also include public and news media relations, advertising campaign strategy, scheduling and implementation, copywriting and staff management.

Teri currently serves on the Communications Committee of Ventura County Community Foundation, and was a founding member of the Women’s Advisory Council of Interface. She has also served on the City of Ventura’s Charter Review Committee, the Ventura County 4-H Advisory Council and the Boards of Directors for the City of Ventura Music Festival, Child Abuse And Neglect (CAAN) and the Ventura Chamber of Commerce.
